Core Services

Services

Bespoke Menu Design

Your menu is not selected from a list. It is built around your preferences, your dietary requirements, and the culinary traditions you love most. Our chefs consult directly with you or your flight coordinator to design a dining experience that is entirely your own.

Full-Cabin Dining

From two passengers to a full charter, Fifth Course scales without compromise. Multi-course lunches and dinners are designed with the same precision regardless of group size, plated presentations and service sequencing included.

Dietary Specialization

Vegan. Halal. Gluten-free. Keto. Kosher-Style. Whatever the requirement, our chefs work within it without surrendering the quality of the experience. Restriction is not limitation. It is simply a different canvas.

Flight Crew Provisions

The people responsible for your safety deserve to eat well, too. Fifth Course provides separate, thoughtfully prepared crew provisions on request.

The Process
How it works

01. The Conversation

Every order begins with a direct consultation with you, your flight coordinator, or your charter operator. We learn your preferences, your schedule, and your aircraft before we cook a single thing.

02. The Kitchen

Our chefs design and prepare your menu fresh. Every component is labeled, portioned, and packaged specifically for your aircraft's galley configuration.

03. The Delivery

Your order arrives at the FBO ahead of your departure — with a complete reheating guide and step-by-step plating instructions. Everything your crew needs to execute a flawless presentation at altitude.

Altitude Advantage

Why our food tastes different up there

At cruising altitude, cabin pressure suppresses taste perception by as much as 30 percent. Most caterers ignore this. We built our culinary approach around it. Fifth Course chefs use strategic seasoning and targeted aromatics to restore the full depth of every dish, ensuring that what arrives at your table at 40,000 feet tastes exactly as it was designed to taste. On the ground or in the air, the standard does not change.
